 Puppy care

The first few months of having a puppy are crucial to their health and well being.  A good start in their lives can relieve so much stress in the future and ensure their long term happiness.  I am happy to support you by working out a routine that everyone can adhere to.   When a puppy is young it does not need much exercise but does need frequent toilet times.  Socialising, boundaries, feeding,  grooming, safety and medical needs .   With my wealth of experience I am happy to help at such a wonderful but also important time.

Pet/house sitting

I can stay in your home and care for your animals.  This works out well if you have lots of animals.  Dogs, cats, chickens, horses, livestock, etc.  I can care for them all in a kind, calm and sympathetic way.  Their routines don't need to change and they can relax in their own environment.  
 Whether you're going on vacation, traveling for work, or simply need someone to keep an eye on things,  I can provide invaluable support and ensure that your animals and home are safe and well cared for, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

All animals

I do home visits so if you are away or late back from work I can go to your place, make sure the animals are ok and do what needs to be done.  Poultry can be bought in.  or let out.  Cats can be fed, watered, cuddled.  Fish fed.  Caged pets checked and fed/watered.   I'm happy to help with other needs around the house too;  watering plants, taking in the mail, putting out the bins, opening curtains.  Your animals will get all their needs met and you home will be kept clean and tidy.

Dog Walking

If your dog is home alone during the day, or you are working long hours let me take them out for a bit of fun, fresh air and change of scene. 
Depending on the age and size of your dog I will tailor the walk to suit them.
Walks range from 15 minutes to two hours.

Individual attention

It is so important to realise that every dog has individual needs.   A lot depends on their age, past life etc.  I only walk in small groups and every walk is different, depending the dogs needs. 

Horse help

I love horses and anything to do with them.  I am happy to do anything that needs to be done, from exercising them to mucking out their stable. 
If you have an early start I can feed them, rug them up  and  turn them out.  Or late home I can bring them in and bed them down for the night. What ever needs to be done just let me know and I'll do it.

Grooming and first aid trained

I attended New York school of dog grooming so am happy to clip and bathe client's smaller dogs .

I have trained with vets so am able to administering medication, injections, change wound dressings etc.
